To use Appispace we need some information about you. This policy will help you understand what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can control and delete your information.

What Information Do We Collect

  • Data you provide including all data related to:
    • Signing up for an account
    • Posting Appisnaps
    • Your reactions and reactions to your posts
    • Using Appicards
    • Creating Appithoughts or Crappispace journals
    • Sharing content to other sites
  • How you use Appispace including:
    • Content you view and interact with
    • Features you use
    • Your actions
    • Time, frequency, and duration of your sessions
  • Data others provide about you including:
    • Reactions to your posts
    • When others view your posts
  • Device information collected from your computer, phone, or other web-connected devices:
    • Device attributes – type, hardware/software versions, OS, browser type, apps, and plugins
    • Device operations – how you use and behave on the device

We use your data to provide, support, and improve Appispace, ensuring you have the best possible experience. Your information also helps us verify accounts and maintain platform integrity.

Appispace uses your data for administrative and monitoring purposes and will not share your data with third parties unless legally required or with your express permission.

By accepting our Terms and Conditions, you provide Appispace with the following permissions:

  • License to use your content
  • Permission to use your username, profile picture, and country on public posts
  • Permission to install updates on your devices

How Your Information Is Shared

  • When posting on Appispace public pages, you agree that your information (username, profile picture, country, and content) can be seen by anyone.
  • When sharing to third-party sites (e.g., Facebook, Instagram), you are subject to their data and privacy policies.
  • If Appispace ownership changes, your information may be transferred to the new owner.
  • We may share information to comply with legal requests or prevent fraud, abuse, or illegal activities.

How You Control or Delete Your Information

You control all data you choose to post, react to, or share. You can edit or delete individual posts including:

  • Appisnaps posts
  • Appithoughts or Crappispace journal entries

To delete your account, use the Help page. All your posts will be deleted, but others’ reactions to your posts will remain. If you deactivate your account, your data will not be deleted.

We store data until your account is deleted and keep log data for up to 18 months. Please note search engines or third parties may still maintain copies of your public data.

Notifications of Policy Changes

We may revise these Policies at any time. Appispace will notify you of changes, and by continuing to use Appispace after notification, you agree to the new terms.
