To use Appispace we need some information about you. This policy will help you understand what information we collect, how we use the information and how you can control and delete your information.

What Information do we collect

1. Data you provide including all data related to:

   • Signing up for an account

   • Posting Appisnaps

   • Your reactions and reactions to your posts

   • Using Appicards

   • Creating Appithoughts or Crappispace journals

   • Posting or commenting on Appiacts stories including reactions to the comments

   • Sharing content to other sites

2. How you use Appispace including:

   • Content you view and interact with

   • Features you use

   • Your actions

   • Time, frequency and duration of your time on Appispace

3. Data others provide about you including:

   • Reactions and comments to your stories

   • When others view your stories

4. We may collect device information from your Computer, Phone and other web connected devices to understand how you use Appispace, this includes:

   • Device attributes – type, hardware and software versions, operating system, browser type, apps and plugins.

   • Device operations – how you use and behave on the device including:

     • Unique identifiers

     • Device signal

     • Data from device settings

     • Network and connections

     • Cookies

How we use your information

We want to ensure you have the best experience and use your data to provide, support and improve Appispace. We use your information to verify accounts and activity to maintain the integrity of Appispace.

Appispace uses your data for administration and monitoring purposes and will not share your data with third parties unless legally required to do so or with your express permission.

By accepting our terms and conditions you provide Appispace with the following permissions:

1. License to use your content

2. Permission to use your username, profile picture, and country on public posts

3. Permissions to install updates on your devices.

How your information is shared

1. When you choose to post on Appispace public pages you agree any information you share on these pages can be seen by anyone, this includes but is not limited to:

   • Username

   • Profile pictures

   • Country

   • All information in your posts including messages, pictures, videos,reactions and comments

2. When you share to third party sites, such as Facebook or Instagram, you are agreeing to their data and privacy policies.

3. If the ownership or control of Appispace changes we may transfer all your information to the new owner.

4. We share information to comply with legal requirements or in response to legal requests, such as when we have in good faith:

   • We are legally required to do so in response to a legal request

   • To prevent fraud, violations of our policies, abuse, harmful, and illegal activities.

How you control or delete your information

You are in control of all the data you choose to post, react to, comment on or share on Appispace. You have control to edit or delete posts individually for:

1. Appisnaps posts

2. Appithoughts or Crappispace journal entries

3. Appiacts stories

4. Appiacts comments

If you would like to delete your entire account, you can do so by using the Help page. We will delete all things you have posted, but any information others have shared will not be deleted, such as their reactions or comments to your posts. If you would like to deactivate your account, none of your data will be deleted.

We store all data until your account is deleted.

Notifications of policy changes

We may revise these Policies at any time. Appispace will notify you of changes to the policy. You agree to accept and comply with any changes to the Policies by continuing to use Appispace after the notification is sent.
